This workshop will facilitate a safe space for conversation, journaling and ritual to help clear the way for a healthier pattern of thinking towards our bodies.
You will leave with practical daily tools to implement throughout your day to keep this mindset growing and truly learning to boldly loving your body. Bring a journal. If you don’t have one we will provide paper and writing utensils.

About your Instructor:
Melissa is a 200 RYT yoga teacher who focuses on teaching body inclusiveness in her classes. For many years, she spent most of her time saying “No” to life because of her poor self body image and chronic pain. Through practice and self ritual, she slowly built confidence to pursue her dreams, try new things and overall live with a healthier mindset towards her body.
